Process Engineering

RO Buffer TankLH Stainless has a team of highly skilled site engineers who can manufacture and install pipework and associated equipment. Pipework can be installed in stainless steel, copper or other exotic materials.

All stainless steel pipework is TIG welded and argon purged. Carbon steel pipework can also be installed where there is a requirement for this, as in a steam supply to particular process plant.

We have various weld procedures to BS EN 288 and ASME IX for both stainless and carbon steel high-pressure pipework. Most of our site engineers are qualified to these procedures and additionally a quality system is in place to provide complete traceability of materials used.
